Refund Policy

How ReVisit subscriptions, cancellations, the 7-day money-back guarantee, refunds and QR stand kit shipping work.

Refund Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

The short version

  • Start with a free 3-day pilot — no card, no charge.
  • Paid plans are prepaid for one month or one year and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges.
  • Not happy with your first paid subscription? Ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying.
  • Duplicate or wrong charges are always refunded once verified.

This policy applies to ReVisit subscriptions sold by Navya Tech Solutions (“ReVisit”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. ReVisit is a software service. Customers of participating shops do not pay ReVisit; questions about a shop’s own products, services or rewards should be raised with that shop.

1. Free pilot

1.1. A new business account receives a free pilot of the Basic plan, currently 3 days. No card or payment is required.

1.2. Nothing is charged when the pilot ends. If you do not buy a plan, your account and data are kept, but the dashboard is limited to choosing a plan and customers cannot collect new stamps until a paid plan is active.

2. How paid plans work

2.1. Prepaid periods. Each payment buys one month or one year of the plan you choose, at the price shown at checkout. Paid access starts as soon as our payment gateway, Razorpay, confirms the payment.

2.2. No automatic renewal. We do not set up recurring payments or store your card. When your plan reaches its expiry date, it simply ends unless you choose to pay again. We may remind you before it expires.

2.3. Renewing early or changing plan. If you pay while a plan is still active, the new plan starts immediately and the full period you paid for is added after your current expiry date. We do not calculate prorated charges or credits for plan changes. The new expiry date is shown on your subscription page.

3. Cancellation

3.1. Stopping future charges. Because plans do not renew automatically, you do not need to cancel to avoid being charged again. If you do not want to continue, simply do not renew.

3.2. Access until expiry. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. There are no cancellation fees.

3.3. Closing your account. There is currently no self-service account closure in the dashboard. To close your business account, email sales@navyats.com from your registered email address (or tell us your registered phone number). We will confirm the request before closing the account. Closing an account does not by itself lead to a refund; refunds are covered in section 4.

4. Refunds

4.1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (first paid subscription). If you are not satisfied with ReVisit, you can request a full refund of your business’s first paid subscription payment (monthly or yearly).

  • Time limit: your request must reach us within 7 calendar days of the date the payment was confirmed. The day of payment counts as day 0, so a payment confirmed on 1 March can be refunded if you ask by 11:59 PM IST on 8 March.
  • Who qualifies: the first paid subscription purchased for a business. The free pilot does not count as a paid subscription.
  • Not covered by the guarantee: later renewals, early renewals, plan changes and other later payments for the same business.
  • No reason required: you do not have to explain why you are unhappy, although feedback helps us improve.

4.2. Duplicate or incorrect charges. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or money was debited without your subscription being activated, tell us with the payment reference. Once verified, we will refund the extra or incorrect amount in full, or activate the subscription you paid for if you prefer. Please tell us as soon as you notice; we ask for notice within 30 days so we can check records with the payment provider, but we will still investigate later reports.

4.3. Other payments. Apart from sections 4.1 and 4.2, payments are not refundable once the paid period has started, except where we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, where we remove a feature that is a material part of your paid plan (see our Terms), or where the law requires a refund.

4.4. Fair use of the guarantee. The money-back guarantee is available once per business. It is not available again for the same business, or for a business controlled by the same person, by opening a new account. We may decline a request that is part of a fraudulent scheme or a repeated pattern of signing up and claiming refunds. Simply asking for a refund or making a complaint is never treated as abuse. If we decline a request, we will tell you why, and you can ask us to review the decision.

5. How to request a refund

Email sales@navyats.com with:

  • your business name;
  • the registered mobile number or email address of the account; and
  • the payment date and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment reference.

We will not ask for card numbers, bank passwords, UPI PINs or one-time passcodes. Never share these with anyone.

6. Refund processing

6.1. Review. We aim to review a refund request and tell you our decision within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) of receiving all the information above.

6.2. Refund method. Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method where possible, in the currency of the original payment. We do not charge a fee for refunds. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rates or fees for international payments, which are outside our control.

6.3. Timing. We aim to initiate approved refunds within 2 business days of approval. The time for the money to reach your account depends on Razorpay, the payment method and your bank, and is outside our control; it typically takes 5 to 10 business days. If you have not received it by then, contact us and we will follow it up with Razorpay.

6.4. Access after a refund. When a full refund is approved, the refunded subscription period ends and the account returns to an inactive state. Your account data is kept unless you ask us to close the account.

7. QR codes and QR kits

7.1. Downloadable QR files (everyone). Every merchant can download print-ready QR codes and signage from the dashboard and print them locally. These are all you need to use ReVisit.

7.2. Complimentary QR kits. We may, at our discretion, send a complimentary printed QR kit to businesses in India at locations our courier partners serve. A QR kit is a free courtesy, not part of any plan or price. Its contents may vary, and we do not guarantee that any business will receive one or when.

7.3. Delivery. If we send you a kit, please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a kit arrives damaged or misprinted, let us know and we will try to replace it.

7.4. Returns and refunds. Kits do not need to be returned, including when a subscription is refunded. Because a kit is free, it does not affect the amount of any refund.

8. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any right or remedy you have under applicable consumer-protection or other law that cannot be excluded by contract.
