Terms and Conditions

The short version

• ReVisit is loyalty software. Each shop runs its own loyalty program and is responsible for the rewards it offers.
• Paid plans are prepaid for a fixed month or year. They do not renew automatically and we do not store your card.
• Your first paid subscription is covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee (see the Refund Policy).
• Loyalty coins and stamps are not money. They cannot be converted into cash, withdrawn or transferred.

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

1.1. ReVisit (the “Service”) is developed and operated by Navya Tech Solutions, Dandi pada, Boisar, Maharashtra, India - 401501 (“ReVisit”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The Service includes the website at revisitloyalty.com, the owner dashboard, customer reward cards, QR check-ins, public shop and menu pages, and related features.

1.2. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the Service:

• Merchants — businesses that register to run a loyalty program, and the people who use a business account on their behalf.
• Customers — people who collect stamps, coins or rewards at participating shops.
• Visitors — anyone browsing our public pages.
• Partners: people who join our referral partner program (see section 13).

1.3. By creating an account, signing in, scanning a ReVisit QR code to record a visit, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy and Cancellation, Refund & Shipping Policy form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Our role and the merchant’s role

2.1. ReVisit provides software. We provide the tools that let a merchant create and operate a digital loyalty program. We are not a party to the sale of goods or services between a merchant and its customers.

2.2. Merchants run their own programs. Each merchant decides its own reward rules, stamp targets, coin earning rates, rewards, scratch-card prizes, menu, prices and opening hours. Each merchant is responsible for:

• the accuracy of its loyalty program, menu and business information;
• making the rewards and discounts it advertises available, and honouring them under its published rules;
• any eligibility conditions, exclusions or expiry dates it sets for its rewards;
• the quality, safety and pricing of its own products and services;
• its own communications with its customers; and
• complying with the laws that apply to its business, including consumer, advertising, tax and data-protection laws.

2.3. Our own responsibilities. Nothing in this section removes our responsibility for operating the Service with reasonable care and skill, for our own acts and omissions, or for our own legal obligations.

3. Accounts and security

3.1. Sign-in. Accounts are verified with one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your mobile number or email address. Some accounts may also sign in with a password. You must use a phone number and email address that you own or are authorised to use.

3.2. Accurate information. Merchants must give accurate business and contact details when registering and keep them up to date.

3.3. Keeping your account secure. Keep your phone, email and any password secure. Actions taken through your signed-in account will be treated as yours unless you show that the account was used without your permission and that you were not careless with your sign-in details.

3.4. Business accounts. A merchant account may be shared only with staff whom the merchant has authorised. The merchant is responsible for what its authorised staff do through the account.

3.5. Report problems quickly. If you think someone else has accessed your account, email sales@navyats.com straight away.

3.6. Age and capacity. To register a business account you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract on behalf of the business. Customer accounts are intended for people aged 18 or over. A person under 18 may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian.

3.7. Support access. Authorised ReVisit staff may access a merchant account when needed to provide support you request, investigate a security or fraud issue, or meet a legal requirement. Such access is logged.

4. Pilot period, plans and payment

4.1. Free pilot. A new business account starts with a free pilot of the Basic plan, currently 3 days. No payment or card is needed for the pilot, and nothing is charged when it ends.

4.2. Plans and prices. Plans, prices, billing periods and branch limits are shown on our pricing page and on the subscription screen before you pay. The price shown at checkout, in the currency shown, is the price you pay. Not every plan is available for every billing period.

4.3. Prepaid, fixed-term subscriptions. Each payment buys one fixed billing period (one month or one year) of the selected plan. Paid access starts when the payment provider confirms your payment.

4.4. No automatic renewal. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. We do not set up a recurring payment mandate or store your card. To continue after your plan expires, you must choose a plan and pay again. We may send you a reminder before your plan expires.

4.5. Renewing early or changing plan. If you pay while your current subscription is still active, the new plan takes effect immediately and the full period you paid for is added after your current expiry date. Any remaining time is carried forward on the new plan. We do not currently calculate prorated charges or credits for plan changes.

4.6. Payment processing. Payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. Razorpay handles your card, UPI or bank details under its own terms. We receive a confirmation of the payment and its reference details, but not your full card number or banking credentials.

4.7. Failed payments. If a payment fails or is not confirmed, the subscription is not activated or extended. If money was debited but the payment was not confirmed, contact us with the payment reference and we will investigate with the payment provider.

4.8. When a pilot or plan expires. Your account and data are kept, but the owner dashboard is limited to renewing the subscription, and customers cannot collect new stamps at your shop until a paid plan is active again. While your plan is expired, your customers may also be unable to redeem rewards that require your confirmation.

4.9. Taxes and invoices. Any applicable taxes will be shown or charged as required by law. If you need a tax invoice or receipt for a payment, email sales@navyats.com.

4.10. Price changes. We may change our prices for future purchases. A price change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

5. Cancellation and refunds

5.1. Cancelling. Because plans do not renew automatically, you do not need to cancel to avoid future charges — simply do not renew. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

5.2. Cancellation is not a refund. Choosing not to renew, or asking us to close your account, does not by itself entitle you to a refund. Refunds are governed by our Cancellation, Refund & Shipping Policy, which includes a 7-day money-back guarantee on a business’s first paid subscription and refunds for duplicate or erroneous charges.

5.3. Your legal rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or other right you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.

6. Loyalty stamps, coins and rewards

6.1. Coins and stamps are not money. ReVisit loyalty coins and stamps are loyalty units recorded within a single merchant’s loyalty program. They are not currency, a deposit, a stored-value balance, a payment instrument or a cash balance, and they give no right to receive money from ReVisit or from the merchant.

6.2. No cash, withdrawal or transfer. Coins and stamps cannot be converted into cash, withdrawn, sent to a bank account or payment wallet, sold, bought, or transferred to another person or to another merchant. They cannot be combined across different merchants.

6.3. How they can be used. Coins and stamps can only be used toward rewards or discounts that the relevant merchant offers, under the rules it shows in its program. Any reward or discount is provided by the merchant, not by ReVisit.

6.4. Merchant program rules. A merchant may change its earning rates, stamp targets and reward list for the future. Changing the program does not, by itself, remove coins or stamps a customer has already earned. Rewards that have been issued (for example a scratch-card prize) may carry an expiry date, which is shown in the app. Coin balances do not currently expire within ReVisit.

6.5. When a program can no longer be used. If a merchant’s subscription expires, it suspends or closes its account, or it blocks a customer from its program, it may not be possible to earn or redeem coins, stamps or rewards with that merchant. Questions about a merchant’s rewards should first be raised with that merchant. ReVisit is not responsible for a merchant’s decision not to honour a reward, but we will help where we reasonably can, including by providing the relevant records from the Service.

6.6. Correcting errors and fraud. Stamps, coins or rewards obtained through fraud, abuse or a technical error may be reversed or withheld by us or by the merchant. Where this affects you, you can contact us to ask for a review.

7. Acceptable use

7.1. Stamps and coins must be earned only through genuine visits or purchases. You must not:

• copy, photograph, share or forge QR codes to create fake visits or claim coins you did not earn;
• use GPS spoofing, mock locations or similar tools to get around a branch’s 150-meter visit verification;
• scan your own business’s QR code on a personal customer account (“self-scanning”), or record fake visits for friends, staff or yourself;
• create multiple or fake accounts, or use bots or scripts, to exploit referrals, rewards or scratch cards;
• use more branches or features than your plan allows, or try to get around subscription limits;
• access accounts or data you are not authorised to access, or test, scan or attack the security of the Service;
• reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, or place an unreasonable load on it or interfere with its availability;
• upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or offensive content, or advertise unlawful promotions;
• use the Service to send spam or abusive messages; or
• use customer information obtained through the Service for any purpose other than running your own loyalty program and serving your own customers, or sell or disclose it unlawfully.

7.2. Unlimited QR scans. Paid plans do not limit the number of genuine customer scans. To prevent abuse, the Service applies automatic safeguards such as a short-term limit on how often one person can scan, and the waiting period between visits that each merchant configures.

8. Suspension and termination

8.1. When we may act. We may restrict, suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is involved in fraud, serious or repeated misuse of the Service, a security risk to the Service or other users, or a breach of these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.

8.2. Notice and review. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem before we act. We may act first and notify you afterwards where there is an urgent security, fraud or legal reason. You can ask us to review the decision by emailing sales@navyats.com.

8.3. Closing your own account. You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing us from your registered email address or the email linked to your account (or by contacting us from your registered phone number).

8.4. What happens to data. After an account is closed, we handle its data as described in our Privacy Policy, including keeping records that we are legally required to keep. Merchants should export any customer records they need before asking for their account to be closed.

8.5. Refunds on termination. If we close a paid account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of your prepaid period. If we close an account for fraud or a serious breach of these Terms, any refund will depend on the circumstances and on applicable law.

9. Intellectual property and your content

9.1. Our platform. Navya Tech Solutions and its licensors own the ReVisit software, brand, design and platform materials. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms while your account is active.

9.2. Your content. Merchants keep all rights in the content and data they add to the Service, such as logos, photos, menus, reward descriptions and customer records.

9.3. Licence to operate the Service. You allow us to host, store, copy, format, display and transmit your content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, including showing your public shop and menu pages. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we are legally required to keep or that remain in backups for a limited time.

9.4. Your permission to upload. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload your content and any customer information you add, and that using it on the Service does not break any law or anyone else’s rights.

10. Availability and changes

10.1. Availability. We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It may be unavailable during maintenance, because of defects, or because of problems with internet, hosting, messaging or payment providers. We do not currently offer a service-level agreement.

10.2. Changes to the Service. We may improve, change or remove features. If we remove a feature that is a material part of a paid plan during your paid period, we will tell you and, where appropriate, offer a pro-rata refund for the remaining period.

10.3. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify merchants by email or in the dashboard before the changes take effect. Changes do not apply retrospectively to a period you have already paid for.

11. Warranties and limitation of liability

11.1. Warranties. We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that, and to the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we do not promise that it will meet every particular business need or produce any particular business result.

11.2. Merchant matters. We are not responsible for the goods, services, prices, food safety or quality of any merchant, or for a merchant’s own promises about its rewards.

11.3. Indirect losses. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, arising from the Service.

11.4. Liability cap. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or relating to the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100 or its equivalent in Indian rupees.

11.5. What we do not limit. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, or any statutory right you have as a consumer.

12. Governing law and disputes

12.1. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

12.2. Talk to us first. If you have a complaint, please email sales@navyats.com first. We will acknowledge it and try to resolve it promptly.

12.3. Courts. If a dispute is not resolved, it may be brought before the competent courts in Maharashtra, India. This does not affect any right you have to approach a consumer commission or another forum available to you under applicable law, including in the place where you live.

13. Referral partner program

13.1. Joining. You can apply to be a partner from our partner page. Your partner code works as soon as you join. We may pause or close a partner account at our discretion, and a paused account's code stops working. A merchant can join on their existing ReVisit account, but their own business can never be referred with their code and earns no commission. A customer needs a separate partner account with its own mobile number or email address, since each one can hold only one ReVisit account.

13.2. Referred businesses. A business is linked to you when it signs up through your partner link or enters your partner code at signup, or when we link it to you on request. A business can be linked to only one partner. If more than one partner claims the same business, our decision on which partner it is linked to is final.

13.3. Commission. For each subscription payment a linked business completes, you earn commission at 20% of the plan price after any coupon or discount and before GST and other taxes, unless we have agreed a different rate with you in writing. Commission is earned on every paid payment, including renewals, for as long as the business stays linked to you and your partner account remains approved. No commission is earned on free pilots, unpaid or failed orders, or amounts we refund. Commission is calculated in the currency the business paid in.

13.4. Payouts. We pay commission to the UPI ID or bank account saved in your partner account, usually within 7 days after the business’s payment. Before your first payout we confirm the account with a small test transfer, and we pay only to a confirmed account. Changing your payout details means it must be confirmed again. You are responsible for the payout details being correct.

13.5. Refunds and reversals. If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, or turns out to be fraudulent, the commission on it is cancelled. If that commission was already paid to you, we may deduct it from your future commission.

13.6. Partner conduct. You must not:

• refer a business that you own, run or control, or create businesses or accounts only to earn commission;
• make claims about ReVisit, its features or its prices that are false or that we have not published;
• present yourself as an employee or agent of ReVisit or Navya Tech Solutions, or make promises on our behalf;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or use our name or logo in paid search or social ads without our written permission.

13.7. Taxes. You are responsible for the tax on your commission. Where the law requires us to deduct tax at source, we will deduct it from your commission and give you the related certificate. We may ask for your PAN or other details needed for this, and may hold payouts until we receive them.

13.8. Relationship. You take part as an independent partner. Nothing in these Terms makes you our employee, agent or representative.

13.9. Changes and ending. We may change the commission rate or these partner terms for future payments, and will tell you before the change takes effect. You can leave the program at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end your partner account under section 8, including for a breach of section 13.6, and may then withhold commission on payments affected by the breach. Commission you earned properly before your account ended will still be paid.
